We have worked hard to ensure the quality of material does not compromise modesty as a fellow hijabi, breastfeeding mum (I totally appreciate the layering struggle most of us experience), so my only advice would be to wear light undergarments beneath the Noor Sunnah Slip due to slightly translucent material.

During periods of high demand, it can take up to 3 days for your order to be packed and posted. Please reach out to us after 5 days if you still need an update, orders can be tracked directly from the website!

Yes we do! Please allow 10-15 working days to receive your order. You can stay up to date by tracking your order directly from the website. Tracking information will be sent to the email you signed up with. Still have a query? Reach out to enquiries@themodestmum.com for a helping hand!

Unfortunately not! The bundles are already for sale at a discounted price! If you’d like the items in the bundle and have worked out the girl math, simply add the individual items to the basket and then add your discount code!

Yes we do! Please send an email to enquiries@themodestmum.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange or return. Please follow the instructions given via email, the shipping costs will not be covered by The Modest Mum for international orders.

Unfortunately, The Modest Mum cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if delivery has been confirmed by the courier with photographic proof of delivery. Please contact the courier for a resolution. If you require assistance, please email enquiries@themodestmum.com and we can try and help!

We will accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return. we require your item to be in exactly the same condition you received it in.
The Modest Mum does not cover the shipping cost of the return, we highly recommend that the postal return is tracked as unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a refund if the return is lost in transit.

At The Modest Mum we work hard to ensure your parcel has been produced to the highest standard. Each of your orders are thoroughly checked and are packed carefully by loving hands.
Please take the time to check your order upon receipt, if it is damaged, imperfect, or simply incorrect, please contact us immediately by emailing enquiries@themodestmum.com so we can offer a solution.

By default, all orders are scented to give you the most amazing unboxing experience, but if you prefer unscented, please send an email to enquiries@themodestmum.com with your order number and your request immediately after receiving your confirmation email.

UK mummies:
Items will be shipped when available, for example if one item was in stock, you should expect to receive this first, followed by the second item that was pre-ordered when it is back in stock.
International mummies:
All items will be sent when they are all available (just to save the pennies!) but if you would prefer, items that are in stock can be sent first, and the pre-ordered items can be sent at a later date. The Modest Mum does not cover this extra shipping cost, please email enquiries@themodestmum.com with your order number to request this and receive a payment link.
