Changed your mind?
We will accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, we require your item to be in exactly the same condition you received it in.
The Modest Mum does not cover the shipping cost of the return, we highly recommend that the postal return is tracked as unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a refund if the return is lost in transit.
To start a return, please email enquiries@themodestmum.com with your order number so we can provide the next steps and process your return.
Refunds/Replacements
Do you need a refund or replacement?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund or replacement, please contact us by email enquiries@themodestmum.com
We will notify you once we have received your order, it will be inspected and we will inform you if a refund or replacement request has been approved or if it has been rejected.
If the refund is approved it will be processed automatically and you should expect to receive your refund by the original payment method within 10 working days.
