Returns

Changed your mind?

We will accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, we require your item to be in exactly the same condition you received it in.

The Modest Mum does not cover the shipping cost of the return, we highly recommend that the postal return is tracked as unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a refund if the return is lost in transit.

To start a return, please email enquiries@themodestmum.com with your order number so we can provide the next steps and process your return.

We will notify you once we have received your order, it will be inspected and we will inform you if a refund or replacement request has been approved or if it has been rejected.

If the refund is approved it will be processed automatically and you should expect to receive your refund by the original payment method within 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of making your purchase.

Exchanges 

UK exchanges: 
You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, postage is on us! Please email enquiries@themodestmum.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange and the new replacement size. We will send you a pre-paid postal label via email for you to send back your current item(s). Once this has been received, your replacement will be posted out to you.

International exchanges: 
We offer two processes for international exchanges. You can request an exchange with 14 days of delivery, however the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 
1. Item(s) are posted back via a tracked postal service, once received the replacement item will be prepared and a payment link for the shipping costs will be sent to the customer. 
2. ⁠You can return your current item(s) via a tracked postal service, once received you will receive your refund within 10 days. You can place a new order on the website for the desired sizes and it will be shipped out as normal- this is the fastest option for international customers.
